Rental Car Control: This system allows multiple rental car companies sharing the same facility the ability to issue a bar coded time limited ticket which the renter can use to leave the facility. It is integrated with cameras so that the leaving vehicle and driver are captured with the bar code exit ticket. This system installed in Las Vegas and Kansas City has dramatically reduced stolen cars from rental car lots.

Valet Systems: This system manages the issuing of tickets to valet customers; tracking customer keys; billing either for pre-pay or pay on return; and integrating with hosting facility (e.g., Hotel).

We recommend the Magnetic Automation system.

Parking enforcement is part of the package that ensures that a parking revenue system is work OR that the parking rules in a community are being obeyed.

We recommend two solutions:

  T2 Systems uses a hand held devices loaded with T2 System software for patrolling parking lots, photographing license plates, issuing citations and recording them back into the central parking system database.
• Schweers
  Schweers is a parking enforcement system with dedicated hand-held devises with flexible software modules to meet custom parking rule enforcement requirements.

For many municipal lots, campuses and street parking locations pay-by-space and pay-and-display machines are an ideal solution.

We recommend Parkeon equipment. Parkeon is teh global leader in installed multi-space meters. Their prodiucts are handsome, reliable, have industry leading integrated solar panels and batter life, can accept bills, coins, credit/debit and specialty cards. The Parkeon system includes the enforcement system that allows remote, drive-by enforcement of pay-by-space violations. Parkeon multi-space meters are currently operating at the Embarcadero in San Francisco.

There are many companies that provide parking revenue control software. The Magnetic equipment above will work with most of them. We recommend either Magnetic Automation’s revenue control software or T2 System network based software.
