THE POSITION: CCTV Installation and Service Technicians are responsible for providing hands-on, efficient and high quality installation and service work. Develop documentation and training for customers. Maintain a company vehicle and tools. Excellent documentation at all steps of work. Responsible for continually improving the efficiency and quality of work.

THE QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of demonstrated experience as a CCTV installation and service technician. Driven to perform field work efficiently and at a high quality standard. Demonstrated project management/lead skills. Experience with wired and wireless networking of IP camera and IT systems. Excellent verbal communication, customer and fellow team member relationship skills. Good written communication skills for project leadership and documentation. Must hold clean CADL and pass a background check.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Some of all of the following: CCTV system design and hands-on installation; project management responsibility; IT network system design and installation; team leadership.
