THE POSITION: Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new customer base using your own contacts; an existing database of prospects; and responding to requests for quotes. Develop system designs, estimates and write quotes. Will “sell” our solution, close the deal and manage the customer’s accounts receivable. Some projects will include responding to detailed RFP's (requests for proposals). Other will require original design work. All will require excellent customer contact and closing skills.

THE QUALIFICATIONS: Must have five years demonstrated experience in business development, technical estimating and sales for a system integrator and/or specialty construction contractor. Knowledge in the construction industry and electrical/mechanical products. Proven team player who looks out for the success of the business and satisfaction of the customer; have excellent oral and written communication skills; and are fast and accurate at taking customers’ design and/or system function concepts and turning them into written quotations. Must have demonstrated excellent discipline, a successful sales track record and competitive drive. You must hold a clean CADL and pass a background check.
