THE POSITION: Field Service Technicians are responsible for responding to customer service calls.  This requires servicing and/or troubleshooting equipment such as automatic gate operators, phone entry systems, in-ground vehicle detection loops, wired/wireless access control, CCTV systems and writing service reports.  Also responsible for maintaining a company vehicle and tools and sharing night and weekend on-call on an equal rotation basis.

THE POSITION: CCTV Installation and Service Technicians are responsible for providing hands-on, efficient and high quality installation and service work. Develop documentation and training for customers. Maintain a company vehicle and tools. Excellent documentation at all steps of work. Responsible for continually improving the efficiency and quality of work.

THE POSITION: An entry-level Junior Technician. Responsible for assisting Installation and/or Service Technicians with their work installing new systems, troubleshooting and repairing existing systems and equipment and/or providing preventive maintenance. Equipment includes automatic gate operators; phone entry systems; in-ground vehicle detection loops; wired and wireless access control systems; and analogue and IP CCTV systems. After experience and proven aptitude and certification employee will grow to independently perform field service at customer sites across the region.

THE POSITION: Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new customer base using your own contacts; an existing database of prospects; and responding to requests for quotes. Develop system designs, estimates and write quotes. Will “sell” our solution, close the deal and manage the customer’s accounts receivable. Some projects will include responding to detailed RFP's (requests for proposals). Other will require original design work. All will require excellent customer contact and closing skills.
