We carefully screen, select and train our industry certified, professional and capable technicians. They will arrive in our company vehicle stocked to address most repair issues. Our office manages an extensive equipment database so our technicians are always aware of the property's system history before they arrive to work on it.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)

Many of our customers in all sectors (single-family residential, multifamily residential, commercial, industrial, high security, government) benefit from our regular Preventative Maintenance service. To ensure reliability and durability regularly maintain CCTV and automated gate systems. Treat them at least as well as you treat your car. We offer monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual PM services. After each visit, we issue a complete list of the checks performed, any repairs performed, recommendations and a safety assessment. System Rental

The best way to stop vandalism and theft is to respond decisively the moment an incident occurs. Bay Cities Automatic Gates offers a stand-alone CCTV system which, in an emergency we will install on your property within eight hours. This system includes cameras, a DVR, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and if necessary its own DC power.

Leasing
